Laserlab 1 (G 0.17) is designed as an ISO class 3-4 cleanroom with 144 filter-fan-units. These units are constantly filtering the air in the different lab compartments and provide a temperature stabilized flow with a very slow velocity of 0.1 m/s. This guarantees very low particle concentrations, outstanding temperature stability and minimal disturbance of the high performance laser systems.
